Sales conditions Le Morgane hotel in Chamonix
Each reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of 30% deposit on total amount of the stay.
In case of cancellation more than 31 days prior to the date of arrival: the deposit will be refunded to the client.
In case of cancellation between 30 and 14 days before the arrival date: an amount equal to 30% of the total amount will be retained by the hotel.
In case of cancellation between 13 and 8 days before the arrival date: an amount equal to 50% of the total amount will be retained by the hotel.
In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, no show or shortened stay: 100% of total stay will be retained by the hotel.
No refund will be made as part of the cancellation of a stay at preferential rate such as “non cancellable non refundable”.
Settlement of disputes
In accordance with L 156-1 of the Consumer Code (French law), and in the event of a dispute relating to these terms and conditions, customers are informed by Temmos hotels of the possibility of recourse to a conventional mediation procedure or to any alternative method of dispute settlement : MTV – MEDIATION TOURISME ET VOYAGE.
Guests should first contact customer services of Temmos hotels to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If no amicable settlement is reached within 60 days, guests can contact the Mediator for Travel and Tourism on the following website: www.mtv.travel.
