At reception, we’re here to listen to your needs and work with you to plan a bespoke stay, tailored to your every need and desire.
Here are just a few examples:
- Booking sporting activities, ski passes or cultural activities in the valley.
- Ski hire is available from our partner rental shops, who will deliver your skis directly to the hotel.
- Table bookings at the best restaurants in Chamonix.
- Booking your coach and/or taxi transfers.
- Booking a personalised spa treatment, either on your own or as a couple.
- Laundry and Dry Cleaning: You will find a bag in your room’s wardrobe for your laundry, along with full instructions and a schedule for this service.
Our Guest Relations team will also be on hand to assist with your day-to-day enquiries and, in particular, to take you to the foot of the slopes free of charge. Please be aware that our shuttle service is subject to booking and availability. And to help you make the most of your time in the resort, specialist equipment is available to hire from the hotel, such as action cameras and bicycles…

Explore Chamonix from the hotel
From our hotel, ideally located in Chamonix, you can:
- Be taken to the foot of the slopes to reach the ski lifts, so you can head up to the ski areas or enjoy the mountain terraces.
- Stroll through the town centre and enjoy a spot of shopping in Chamonix’s many stores and boutiques.
- Head to the Aiguille du Midi cable car (200m from the hotel) and explore this spectacular site, reaching an altitude of 3,842m, and offering unique experiences such as ‘Step Into the Void’.
- Take the Montenvers rack railway to reach the Mer de Glace (Sea of Ice) and venture inside the glacier to the famous Ice Cave.
- Set off on a hike, a snowshoe walk or a glacier tour with a guide.
